Founded in 1994 under Moshe Altmark's leadership, the Altmark Group is a real estate development, investment and management firm with over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Bronx.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Moshe converted distressed industrial properties in the south Bronx into multi tenant and office buildings. Throughout the past decade, the Altmark Group's portfolio expanded to include other counties and states.
